Dear Pear-General,
I just upgraded a working "Maia Mailguard" system (which uses Pear DB)
from OpenBSD 3.3 to OpenBSD 3.4.
I had everything working on OpenBSD 3.3, upgraded all the binaries (due
to a change in binary format), started the database, have amavisd
logging into the database and writing to it fine with the "amavis"
account.
But my Apache/PHP/Pear has trouble now. What trouble? I wish I could
tell. I can't get much more output than:
"Can't connect to the database: DB Error: insufficient permissions"
(When I run Apache chrooted)
or
"Can't connect to the database: DB Error: connect failed" (When Apache is
not chrooted)
Is there any way to get more debug from PHP/Pear? Am I asking the right
list?
thanks,
CP
