Hi,
Seem to have some odd behaviour when asking HTTP_Request to post data to a
https:// url.
The url in question is https://select.worldpay.com/wcc/purchase and the
return I get is:-
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port.
Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.
Hint: https://mggwcc3a.select.worldpay.com/
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I can make it work using ssl:// as the protocol instead - buy why?
Do I need to ensure I have some version of a module hooked into PHP to use
HTTPS:// with the PEAR HTTP_Request package?
Somebody else asked the same question a while back on here and got no reply.
I contacted him directly last week but still haven't had a reply so thought
I would bring it up again.
Regards,
