Hi,
In the Webinstaller file the following lines occur:
// First of all set some config-vars:
$cmd = PEAR_Command::factory('config-set', $config);
$ok = $cmd->run('config-set', array(), array('php_dir',
$dir.'PEAR'));
But I cannot identify which run method is actually being called, i.e it does
not exist in Pear_Command?
Also, I don't seem to understand how enableJS actuals stops, i.e what /
where does the webinstaller actually determine that JS is enabled and thus
no longer calls start.tmpl (which calls the window.location jscript
function).
On a Pear note:
I created a child class of Pear and invoked it's own destructor however I
could not verify it's functionality ( tried to write to log via the Log
package example)
Is the destructor to be considered similiar to the Java destroy() method,
i.e destroy is called when an applet is closed. Or is it more like the C++
paradigm, if so could someone please give an example of it's intended usage,
it's been a while since C++ lectures :)
HTML_Page:
I noticed that this package is not showing in the Pear Web Package Manager
which is preventing me installing the HTML_Progress package. How would one
manually register the package?
Thanks.
