Hi!
I am afraid to do this you need something else but pear. Maybe pear can do
it - but you also need to have the rights to set a "chron-job" on your
server which is usually not free (usually quite expensive).
Another way to get it, is that you "trigger" the script by people who go to
your website. Meaning - you write a script that is activated whenever
someone goes to your website. The script checks whether a certain date/time
is over and does something in case. That only works if the thing you want to
do does not need to be at a very exact time and if you have enough hits to
your website.
Maybe first you ask your ISP whether you can get a chron-job and how much
that costs.
