That's normal. A few months ago, those methods were marked deprecated, since
the arrival of Renderers.
QuickForm now holds a default renderer object. You can access it with:
$renderer =& $form->defaultRenderer();
Then you can change its options by using its accessors, for example:
$renderer->setElementTemplate($template_formulario);
That's 2 lines instead of one, but in the end, you win.
Look at the documentation (renderer section) for all the options you have.
