dreamweaver templates

Does anyone know of a php package that handles Dreamweaver templates? I'm working on a new project in which that functionality would be very useful. The only things I've found are php-templates [php-templates.sourceforge.net]. However, this is a php extension written in C, for portability, I would much rather have a php solution, if available. I also found dt [http://www.colorstudy.com/software/dwt/] which is actually a series of CLI Python scripts, but might be portable to php. Ideally, one of the PEAR templating packages would be able to do this, so that I can keep everything integrated with PEAR (QF, MDB, etc). As far as I can tell, though, none of them do so.
