Strip "Content-Type: " from this, though I'll have to look for if
the PCRE is allowing "; charset=..."

Use:
$params['contentdisposition'] = array(
HTTP_DOWNLOAD_ATTACHMENT,
'your_file_name'
);
> $http_dnld = new HTTP_Download($params);
> $http_dnld->send();
