PEAR for every user

When i try to use PEAR::DB, with require_once 'DB.php'; i get this: Warning: main(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/php4/share/pear/DB.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/www/web25/) in /home/www/web25/html/odbc.php on line 3 Warning: main(DB.php): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /home/www/web25/html/odbc.php on line 3 Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'DB.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php4/share/pear') in /home/www/web25/html/odbc.php on line 3 Seems like users not allowed to include this file.
