I don't force users to set their browser to 'fr', because my first page said
:
" My homepage does not speak english yet. Come back later! "
will a cool PHPin'up from Vincent Pontier (the father of elePHPant)
The state of only one language will stay (i hope) not so long. ASAP i'll use
CMS - SPIP 1.7
which allow multi-language. But i don't think it will be possible before
beginning of next year.
Using translator is a solution, but in my case it's not necessary because
i've already written an english tutorial (with phpDocumentor) that i hope
all PEAR users enjoy !
