Hi, I'm using the Sigma templating system and i'm trying to utilize a block in a separate file more than once, here is an example of what's wrong : here is the php file -> // testing addblockfile(); $t->loadtemplatefile('test.skin'); $t->addblockfile('addblock_1', 'new_block1', 'test2.skin'); $t->setvariable('var1','setting the variable'); $t->parse('block1'); $t->addblockfile('addblock_2', 'new_block2', 'test2.skin'); $t->setvariable('var2','setting the variable'); $t->parse('block2'); $t->show(); --------------- now here is the template file (test.skin) ----------------------- this is a test page
{addblock_1}
-- in between the blocks --
{addblock_2} bottom of the test page
--------------- now here is the second template file used with addblockfile() ----------- this is block1 {var1} this is block2 {var2} ---------------------- now here is the output ----------------------- this is a test page
this is block1 setting the variable this is block2 setting the variable
-- in between the blocks --
bottom of the test page
------------------- now i know that using addblockfile() twice loads the block twice and therefor errors, but still even with addblock() both blocks get pushed into the same placeholder. anyone know what i can do? thanks -kevin -k
