That's great :)
When I've learned better to use this with my scripts and so on then I'll look if I can make some docs or anything helpful :)

The only problem (as mentioned) is that you need two DB connections. One is created by setContainer/HTTP_Session and you need a global one for your other stuff. Does anyone else know a way to use one connection for both things? -----Original Message----- From: Helgi Þormar [mailto:helgi@trance.is] Sent: Monday, December 15, 2003 6:03 PM To: Torsten Roehr Subject: Re: [PEAR] HTTP_SESSION lack of docs Hi Torsten And thanks for the answear :) I would also want to see that in future version because I was thinking about using this to logg sessions in DB ... as in sessions that are alive an monitor which have been idling to long and log those people out of the system and that kinda stuff :) At the giving time I don't have any more questions :) Just have to test this some more and try to add this in my forum system ;) Thanks again :) Torsten Roehr wrote:-- PEAR General Mailing List (http://pear.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.phpHi Helgi, I'm using this package and are quite satisfied with it. I don't know of a way to use a global DB connection with setContainer() as this methodcreatesa connection itself (as you will have noticed). I hope there will be a way in the future. Of course one could change some lines of code in the method so that it returns the created DB handle - haven't tried this yet. Have you any other questions concerning this package? Another thing ... how can I use existing DB connection with the setContainer() ? :/ Haven't still manged to find that. Thx to those who answear ;) -- PEAR General Mailing List (http://pear.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php
