That's just in case you are not subscribed. Feel free to throw the second email away or have your client do it for you. But don't worry, I also get those failure notices, as well as other mailing lists users. That's maybe because some admin doesn't take the time to fix this problem that has been reported multiple times and really pisses off a lot of users here. You want to play with PEAR ?
