Flexy: IMG and Flexy:dynamic problems

in template:
<img name="picture" id="picture">
or
<img name="picture" id="picture" flexy:dynamic>
in script code:
$tpl->elements['picture'] = new HTML_Template_Flexy_Element('img', "width='400' height='400' src='any.gif'");
The expected result is:
<img name="picture" id="picture" width="400" height="400" src="any.gif">
Without flexy:dynamic attribute, the script doesn't change the img tag in the template.
With flexy:dynamic attribute, the script produces the error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getattribute() in /usr/share/pear/HTML/Template/Flexy/Compiler/Standard/Tag.php on line 323
Workaround:
If I replace in the template the img tag with a input tag and I change the tag property in img after, then I can modify the tag attributes.
