It looks like you're looking for the where clause "rownum BETWEEN
[start] AND [end]". If you need a specific order you will need to do a
sub-select since this will give random records based on current data in
memory (don't ask me why they don't ORDER BY first). However, you
didn't specify the Oracle version, so I can't guarantee that's the
correct keyword (they changed it).
