Using Go-pear and/or web Frontend using other SAPI than php as a apache
module is currently not supported. However that should work soon or
later.
If anyone can give an access to an IIS host with recent PHP releases
(fastCGI or IIS sapi) I will give a try to fix gopear and the frontend.
