MDB and MySql Innodb table

Hello,
I'm trying MDB 1.1.4RC6 with MySql and PHP 4.3.1 under Windows XP.
When I create a new table with the option DefaultTableType set at INNODB,
I get table of the right type.
But I don't find any way to force the sequence
table to be of INNODB type: MDB_Manager_mysql::createSequence
doesn't take any type option to create this table.
Is this deliberete?
