Well, it would be best if QA would look at releases marked stable. Before
1.0, though, you should not mark a release stable. The QA process for
releases is supposed to ensure that a release doesn't break everything. In
non-stable releases that is not really an issue, of course. It is more or
less up to the user to make sure a non-stable release doesn't have bugs.
