Hi,
Wolfram is appreantly very busy and would therefore be willing to have other people take over his packages.
1) HTML_Template_Xipe A simple, fast and powerful template engine.
2) I18N Internationalization package
3) Tree Generic tree management, currently supports DB and XML as data sources
I will try to get in contact with Richy regarding I18N, but I assume he is not interested in that package anymore.
regards,
Lukas Smith
