I filed a bug for System_ProcWatch just a few minutes ago.

The problem is that if you install System_ProcWatch (latest stable)
with XML_Parser (latest stable) then it whooos :-)
Could you please remove the reset()-function from your derived
parser, update package.xml to point to the 1.2.0 of XML_Parser and
roll a new release soon?
