Are sure about it? Didn't you mean 0.4.1 instead?
Setting version to 0.41 somehow forces you to use 0.42 ... 0.49, 0.50,
0.51 scheme. Otherwise rpm that can be produced with pear makerpm will
be confused if you try to use 0.5 for future versions.
It is because as opposed to typical human beings, rpm distinguish 0.5
and 0.50 as totally different versions (where 0.5 < 0.50).
