I see Dan registered himself as a maintainer in package.xml and I
doubt in his ability to make something useful in XML_RPC, because he
already messed up all submitted patches in 10 or even more bugreports
by doing useless CS work. I doubt, that I will redo all my patches
against latest CVS, because it was a lot of work to made them and test
these act properly and I think that other submitters will not do this
because of the same reason.
Global " to ' replacing is a _very_ bad practice in CVS, because it doesn't
provide any significant perfomance improvement (esp. in XML_RPC), but
renders CVS annotations useless.
I really want to believe, that this wasn't made intentionally.
