Orphaning proposal for "Net_Trackback"

Hi all! I'd like to orphane the PEPr proposal for Net_Trackback [1] which has been accepted in April last year. I contacted the propser recently, but did not get any satisfying reaction (registration and/or release of the package). Because I created my own trackback package, which is currently in use on PEARWeb (and will be, if accepted), I'd like to mark the proposal as orphaned and start a new proposal for my package. Are there any objections? I will take action on that on monday (2004-01-31), if nobody responds negatively.
