run-tests under windows

Hi,
I wanted to run the tests under windows but run-tests fails saying proc_terminate() function is not
available. I commented it out but the tests seem to enter an endless loop in one of the bcmath test.
I have not much time to look into the issue. Is there a way i can run only pear tests greg ?
