Hi David,
I think this package will be necessary for folks who do not have the
ability to install Sara's module. In any case, the offending line in
the archive (found at http://pear.php.net/get/File_Ogg-0.1.2.tgz)
is:
<deps>
<dep type="php" rel="ge">4.1.0</dep>
</deps>
This should be:
<deps>
<dep type="php" rel="ge" version="4.1.0"/>
</deps>
