I would like to request one thing for QA folks. The package.xml file is generated via scripts/package.php (I think - if not, it's the only file that references PEAR/PackageFileManager.php). Please add all bug fixes in there in bug # order. If a bug at pear.php.net is a duplicate of a sf bug, please let us both know so we can close those. I think we can list the PEAR bugs after the SF bugs to make it clear and consistent. I'll monitor things over the week to the best of my ability and am always available for questions, if I can help.
