I tried to sign a package; this does not work.
It seems the files are not extracted at all.
That's what I get when removing the &> /dev/null from the sign command:
--------------------
gpg: can't open `/tmp/pearsignLhcj76/package.xml': No such file or directory
gpg: signing failed: file open error
gpg sign failed
--------------------
I can confirm that; the directory is empty. I do think that is because
at first pear tries to extract package2.xml and continues if the method
doesn't return an error.
It doesn't do this, or it would always because package.sig isn't in
there by default. So you don't ever try to extract package.xml, thus
failing the whole process.
Perhaps both files should be tried to extracted at once?
