It was supposed to ease the communication between the QA-core members by providing a wiki and a separate bug tracker to track issues that are not real bugs. Furthermore we wanted to use SVN to work on some QA tools. But as I said, I can disable it and leave them QA team as I will not devote a lot of my time to PEAR. Stephan
