Account problem

Hey, i think i made a mistake in my last reply process, so my last answer did not reach you. My problem still persist could you please look into it? I forced a browser cache clearance, but nothing changed. I just tried the password reset form, and it worked for me. What happens when you just click the submit button with nothing entered? You should see a series of errors. Once this has happened, your browser cache will have been cleared. Try one more time, and let me know when you've done it, so I can check the database to see if your password request is there. There was nothing there when I checked, so I suspect the form didn't work for you.
