Hi PEAR QA folks-
I, with the agreement of the other core Horde devs, would like to move the XML_SVG package out of Horde and in to PEAR CVS. I will no longer be an active maintainer for this package; I'm not sure if Jan will be.
Please advise on what process you'd like me to follow to do this smoothly; I believe I have all necessary karma to simply add it to CVS, but I don't want to do that willy-nilly. :)
