As you can see I've installed PEAR_RemoteInstaller and
PEAR_Command_Packaging. This causes some problems. Are these within or
outside the scope of these tests? They are tested by tests inside the
PEAR main package, so they failures should be fixed or the test cases
moved to the other packages perhaps ...
Jorrit
