Alrighty, steps from here:
1) Make sure you've got a pear user account
2) We'll make it into a PEPr proposal - this will get more eyes on the
package and better review, as well as help introduce you to the community -

3) Basically, everything you've done on pear-qa, put into the proposal -
sample package, etc.
... and we'll get this all sorted
