Great to hear Kamil!
Just to give you a heads up:
- There's lots of developers
- We all talk on the mailing list or IRC (irc.efnet.org #pear)
- We're all fussy
- We pick on newcomers, seemingly relentlessly
- We'll hassle you, a lot
- We'll point out loads of problems, faults, etc; but if you do the same
to us we'll ignore it
- Generally, we'll make your life troublesome and hassle you about bug
fixes for years to come regarding this package
- We're seemingly mean and harsh for no particular reason a lot of the
time
If those things don't scare you off; we'd love to have you working on
Validate_PL.
Some quick starter jobs
- Want to find out about what we mean with package 2.0 xml and have a go
at fixing that?
- Want to evaluate existing unit test coverage for the package and
improve it if needed (create a few patches from the CVS version or tell us
why its OK)?
- Want to discuss on pear-dev some of the changes you'd like to see in
Validate_PL; the rationale behind them too?
