Hello,
I am interested in taking over the Crypt_RC4 package. It currently has some bugs I would like to
clean up. I would very much like to become more involved with PEAR and contribute more to packages.
This being the case, I figured this may be a good starting point as I am interested in cryptography
and do a lot of security work. If you require more information about myself, please let me know, I
look forward to hearing back.
