diff to review differences between latest beta and latest stable:
http://pastebin.com/f52539584
Things I notice:
1. Use of is_a vs PEAR::isError() - will cause E_DEPRECATED warnings for PHP
5 users < 5.3 (any idea why the changes)
2. Different implementation of _hasUnclosedQuotes; unsure of unit test
coverage here
3. Some refactoring / lazy loading in Mail/smtp
4. Some changes within the SMTP driver which deprecate some functionality -
and I'm not sure about test coverage
After looking at that, I'm not scared of bumping to stable apart from the
E_DEPRECATED stuff and is_a.
Anyone else have opinions?
