Hi, Not sure why no one replied to you yet but to start of you should read: http://php.net/svn.php This will give you the basic information. XML_MXML is located at http://svn.php.net/viewvc/pear/packages/XML_MXML/ So you would run this: svn checkout http://svn.php.net/repository/pear/packages/XML_MXML XML_MXML Hopefully that gets you going so that you can start filling in reports to http://pear.php.net/package/XML_MXML My first suggestions would be to either redesign the API or get rid of the XML_Parser / XML_Util dependencies with either PHP 5+ packages or built in PHP classes. Another suggestion would be to change the license to New BSD or MIT, I have CC'ed the old maintainer to see if he'd be fine with that change.
