travis oddity under php 7

Hi Folks: I'm undergoing peace negotiatons between DB and PHP 7. Pretty much done. (Syria is next.) But I've run into some strange things with the unit tests on Travis CI. The --SKIPIF-- section doesn't work under PHP 7. I put the following in driver/21freeResult.phpt die("skip for everyone, note that phptype = $dbh->phptype"); Under PHP 5.6 on Travis CI it skips as expected: https://travis-ci.org/pear/DB/jobs/92308330 SKIP DB_driver::freeResult[tests/driver/21freeResult.phpt](reason: for everyone, note that phptype = mysqli) Under PHP 7 on Travis CI the test executes: https://travis-ci.org/pear/DB/jobs/92308331 FAIL [25/25] DB_driver::freeResult[tests/driver/21freeResult.phpt] On my local machine running PHP 7, it skips as expected.
