Careful redesign of package sites

Hey, in addition to the soon-to-come availability of the automatically generated API documentation, I'd like to propose a careful redesign of the package sites (pear.php.net/package/<name>/). Screenshots can be found at http://divbyzero.net/pearweb-relaunch/ Basically we get rid of the "border box" style and use a CSS'ed table and some fancy navigation tabs instead. For a second phase, I'm planning to drop the table in favour of a completely CSS-based solution. I'd like to get this relaunch out of the door at the end of the coming week.
