Bug description: PATCH: sidebar vertical alignment for Opera
Description:
------------
When viewing the manual in Opera 7.23 for Windows the content in the
sidebars are vertically aligned in the middle of the page. Ouch.
This patch fixes the problem and moves the formatting from the elements to
style.css for easier control.
