May I humbly suggest doing development on a development server and rolling its results out to the production one WHEN THEY ARE READY?..

Maybe you would then like to take another look at Helgi's second post, which states, that the break was obviously produced by a not updated sql file in the pearweb CVS. The bug tracker should be working again now. And for the next time, I would humbly beg you to clean up the CC's, when answering to a cross-post and maybe choose a little kinder way of writing, even if something goes wrong.
