New Layout

Hi all. Here's few of my *ideas* and things I've noticed and talked to some devs about. 1) The tabbed menu should be in <ul><li></li></ul> .. Will probly look much nicer for text browsers, since at the current in text browsers people get MainDownloadDoc and etc. which isn't good IMO. 2) How the order things up in the package info ... This is also a little messed up in text browsers and I made some alterings on my local server which I'm going to ponder over some more and see what I get out of it. (as is the changes I've done look much nicer in text browsers then the current layout... more readable might be the right word here :)) 3) Maybe we should have what's the current version of the package ... the most recent release of the index page for package info. 4) We should get rid of that package the depand on X package. instead implant 3) and also have deps of that release. http://194.144.14.27/package/Net_CheckIP here you can find what I've done, not finished but do comment on all these suggestions.
