bug voting is deprecated. rip out code?

Hi Folks: I'm editing public_html/bugs/bugs.php to make it more readable. There's a bunch of stuff in there regarding voting on bugs (like php.net does). We don't have bugs voting -- which is good as far as I'm concerned. Since we're not using it, should it be ripped out of bugs.php for clarity, etc? Helgi says he was thinking the same thing.
