pear mirror

Hi Webmaster, I hope this is the right place to address this issue because this address was the only one I could find. The reason for my question is that the pear site sometimes are very slow to access, at least in Denmark. So my question is if it would be possible to host an official mirror? What I can offer is a host on an educational institution located in Copenhagen. The bandwidth is 100Mb/s to the internet running on a Pentium 4 with 512Mb of Ram. It is an "internally" running server, so must of the time it is idle. Space is no problem - at the moment there is 40Gb available. If you want to try the bandwidth fell free to try this address: http://tomcat.edu.brock.dk If you are interested send me an email.
