proposed tweaks

Greetings: On the Downloads tab of the package page, I'd like to add the release status and date to the rows for each release that's not presently being displayed. That will help quickly provide a history of how the package's history and how it is progressing. As per bug 1451, http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=1451&edit=1, I'd like add the first/last download times to the package_stats and have them updated when package-stats.php cron job is run. There's presently no way for the public to find the developer's list. It'd be nice to adjust the navigation sidebar as follows: Developers: * List Accounts <-- this should be made accessible to the public * Upload Release <-. * New Package <--`- while these two remain visible only to devs who are loged in. Finally, I'd like to adjust pear-format-html.php so the main elements all have classes, so they can be directly maintainable via the style sheets. Sound good?
