Bug description: escapeSimple applied on autoexecute (sqlite)
Description:
------------
I am not sure this will qualify as a bug, perhaps it is
a desired result and in that case a quick note on the
documentation will do.
When inserting or updating a row on sqlite using
autoprepare or autoexecute all values are automatically
escaped so if used in combination with escapesimple the
result would be duplicated single quotes e.g.
Switzerland's will be inserted as Switzerland''s on the
db.
The problem cease if you don't use escapeSimple before
autoexecute.
If this is, as I assume, a desired result I would
appreciate if it could be noted on the documentation.
Thanks in advance for your time.
