The display is in public_html/package-info.php. It gets the dependency info from package::getDependants() in include/pear-database.php. For some reason, max_dep is still equal to max_pkg, so the conditional text isn't being displayed: if ($dep['max_dep'] != $dep['max_pkg']) { echo ' (versions &lt;= ' . $dep['max_dep'] .
