I thought of a few ways to reorganize it, but coming up with something that I see as clearly better hasn't come to me yet. If you're set on moving the Summary column, this is what makes sense to me: ID, Summary, Package, Type, Status, Version, OS, Date, Assigned For the Date column, remove the time.
