Well the PEAR wiki that was discussed in the past, could use it, since
it will never (I think) be a part of pearweb.
There was a little talk about this on irc, so I decided to check the
status on this :) iirc you were going to do something with SSL and
XML_RPC, but I can't remember if it was in regards to the login or
something else.
