In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the end of next Sunday (CET) on pear.php.net. Turns out the user didn't have the latest version of DB. Can someone PLEASE either add a field to the form/database for the package's version number or add a note to the input form requesting users to tell us the version number?
