Hi guys,
It's finally done!
I and Wez finally found time to go through this all, test, commit and
all that, now pecl has updated bug system, it redirects if you view PEAR
bug/package, has CAPTCHA, update download stats and more goodies like
that.
Let the fiesta begin! :P
