This has nothing to do with Log, it's a problem with our site, well
XML_RPC part of it, there are some people work on this but we have not
ETA on when it will be fixed.

when trying to upgrade from 1.8.6 - 1.8.7 the following error is
presented (using the command pear upgrade log):-
no signature found for package.info(string,string,bool)
